Luke has over 14 years of technical knowledge and proficiency through his experiences as a professional engineer, project manager, and construction manager.

Luke’s diverse experience in process and mechanical design projects provides his clients an added edge. His design experience includes gas and chemical systems, ultra-pure water, process exhaust, process cooling, industrial waste, chilled and hot water, and make-up air systems. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

BCxP, CEM, LEED AP BD+C

Chance has 9 years of commissioning, energy analysis and HVAC/plumbing design experience.  His background in commissioning has helped projects, totaling over 8 million square feet, receive LEED and AEGB ratings as well as meet energy code requirements for commercial office space, multi-family, restaurants, retail, higher education, and cleanroom projects.  He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.
